As part of the Study Programme, all learners have the opportunity to undertake work experience in their chosen vocational area.
Sutton & District Training work closely with all learners in preparing them for their work placement; ensuring that they are able to create a good impression at an interview and have the behaviour and social skills that employers are looking for. Alongside this, we ensure that all learners have successfully achieved the technical skills and knowledge of their vocational area to help them succeed in their chosen work placement. The work placements can often lead into positive progressions, once the learner has achieved their qualification.
