City & Guilds Level 2 Customer Service Certificate
Covering all aspects of customer service, from understanding and meeting customer needs, giving a great customer experience, learning from feedback and promoting your products and services, the learner will be able to move up in their career, no matter what area they are working in.
The Certificate in Customer Service is a good fit for lots of jobs where you deal with people. You might be entering or re-entering employment, or working in a customer service delivery role in any industry.
Customer service skills are in demand in almost any industry or job role, which means you’ll have improved job prospects in almost any area.
Level 2 will suit you if you want a solid introduction to the fundamentals of good customer service.
There are two units at this level:
- Delivery of effective customer service
- Supporting the customer service environment.
There are no entry requirements. We have an open door policy and you will be invited to undertake an initial assessment to help you choose what best suits your requirements.
You could progress to a Level 3 Diploma or an apprenticeship.
